SAMSUNG THEMES

OVERVIEW

​​Samsung Themes is a premium decorative content service available in 185 countries around the world. CNN and Samsung recently partnered up to promote a fresh take on the news industry as a theme. My goal was to create a CNN Minimalist look that ranged from the more obvious things, such as screen wallpapers, to the most minute details like links within a text message. 

CHALLENGES​​

Creating themes that weren’t too distracting with app icons all over it was the main challenge. I wanted the look to be something subtle, but distinct across the detailed range that I had to design for.

I created the Minimalist theme option to represent CNN within Samsung’s Theme Store.
